Core Rotations For Medical Schools Only
Core rotations are clerkships that are required by most medical schools. Each rotation varies in length from 6-12 weeks of practice in a clinical and hospital setting under the supervision of an American Board Certified attending physician.
Typically, the following core rotations are completed in the last two years of medical school:
- Internal Medicine
- Family Medicine
- General Surgery
- Psychiatry
- Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Pediatrics
Before core rotations can be scheduled, a contract between Chicago Medical Training Center and your medical school must be in effect. Please contact us for more information.

For a minimum of four weeks, elective rotations are offered in the following specialties:
